Application Field and Working Principle:

grading teeth-roller Industrial is widely used for 1_­^ststage crushing, 2^ndstage crushing and 3^rdstage crushing in the crushing system in pit, workshop and openwork. This teeth-roller crusher is driven by electromotor via reducer, making two teeth-rollers rotate inward synchronously in opposite direction. After material dropping from the inlet to crushing chamber, it will be firstly classified; those which are accepted will enter into outlet chute through teeth-roller spacing. Then other massive materials are crushed through breaking, cutting, stretching between two teeth-rollers, and then discharged from outlet opening.
